POLICE:
Elizabeth Scott, 43, from
Buchanan, was arrested for seventh degree
criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, after
allegedly being found in possession of a small quantity of
cocaine
following a traffic stop on May 30 at 9:35 p.m. on the 500 block of
Washington Street. She was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court
without bail.
